… and while it does seem as though we have control over our situations, that we have power over the directions of our lives; this fact doesn’t make life easier. in most ways it makes life more of an obstacle, knowing that what happens next is mostly up to us. i say mostly because, well, i respect variables. the questions are: do things happen for a reason or do we create a reason after things happen? why do we listen to our gut and how is it that this method mostly works?
i think that when they talk about magic, its easy to see the smoking cauldron and imperfect wooden wand, whafting sparkles and smoke, accompanied by a taunting chant. thats fun for the movies, no doubt.
In real life, there is magic in every choice made. just like anything else, some magic happens for good and some for bad. these choices are not necessarily between caf or decaf. the mystics lay more within the more subtle options.
For instance, how you receive and send out information… .. and its not quite the difference between a smile and a scowl..
its more the quiet thoughts… that we think to ourselves…
somewhere in there is where magic actually happens…
