I just thought of i… I need one spot where all the topics get listed. upon waking up, ill choose one and prepare for it during an early morning workout. i fear choosing a topic off a list with a morning brain leaves too much opportunity to overthink. hmmmm….

could i just go in order? that might work- maybe the list needs to be made first.
